India's First Digital Operated Chakki Plant

 

The plant is under construction at Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. under the guidance of Choyal's who are one of the major players of the Indian Flour Mill market. Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. and Choyal came together to create a wonder and a milestone by this endeavor.

 

The incorporation of this project was done by Baba Ramdevji and Acharya Balkrishna Ji, founders of Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. they acted as the promoter of the project with a concept of people welfare. He is working with his team since long for Indian's and this project is a step taken forward in the same direction. The plant is a combination of different type of machinery for grinding which require lesser manpower to operate. This will be operated through Centralized Touch Screen control panel (DCS). In this the concept of Wonder Mill played a major role Wonder Mill is the innovation of CHOYAL and it is world's first Digital Control Chakki which helps to reduce manpower and save energy as well as it helps in increasing profits.

 

Plant is containing various machinery i.e. Wonder Mill, Wonder Miller, Separator, De-stoner, Packing Machine, Stabilizer, Emery Machine, Plan Shifter, Entolater, Drum Seive, Vibro Shiftor and many more, different parts like conveyor, elevators & MS silo this combination makes it unique and rare. Team indulged in the project is fully dedicated towards the project as they are creating a milestone for their followers.

 

The commercial production of the plant will be a sensation for the grinding world any trained person will be able to operate the whole plant on the single touch. The desired output can be set and the machine will take the input accordingly. The cleaning and the mixing of the grains can be done by the single touch, if any error occur the control panel will inform you immediately about the error. The technique used in the plant is useful in time and energy saving criteria and on the other side it is quite good in safety norms too.

 

India's First 1200 MM Flour Mill

 

SVIPL has launched a new size in the flour Mill Cluster, 1200 MM (48") Flour Mill is the biggest size of Mill till date. The Mill is the outcome of the Innovative ideas and the dedicated members of the R&D department. This innovative thinking has given escalation to the competitiveness of the organization.

 

The capacity of the mill is about 2-3 tons / hours in Pulse and about 800 Kgs / Hour in powdering, due to which it is in high demand and as the number of flour mill plants are increasing the demand of the mill is increasing day by day it will soon grab the majority of the Flour Milling market.

 

The increase in customer demands will let to the increase in the market of 1200 mm Mill. There will be a paradigm change in the work process of the plants after the use of this size.

 

The company is also in the process to use this size for wonder mill which will lead to the marvelous results and a new avenue in the Flour Milling market.

The organization has participated in All Food Tech 2010 held at KTPO trade centre in Bangalore, the exhibition was the combined effort of Adsstation and the Karnataka Government the exhibition took place from 11th to 14th June 2010 and all the good players of food processing industries participated in the event.

The organization keeps on participating for different seminars for student welfare, the executive director Mr. R.S. Choyal has been always invited by various B- Schools for personality development sessions. He also took a one day session in Surat on personality development.
