PATANJALI AYURVED LIMITED, a Company registered under the Company’s Act, 1956 having its Registered Office at D-26, Pushpanjali, Bijwasan Enclave, New Delhi – 110061 and Works: 1. Unit-I at:D-38, Industrial Area, Haridwar, Uttarakhand; 2.Unit-II at :YOGPEETH, MaharshiDayanand Gram, Delhi Highway, Haridwar; and 3.Unit-III:Vill-Padartha, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
The Company was originally formed as a Private Limited Company on 13th January, 2006 and subsequently converted into Public Limited Company on 25th June, 2007. Presently, the Board of Directors of the Company is managed by Sri AcharyaBalkrishnaji as its Managing Director along with Swami Muktanandji.
The Vision of the Respected Swami RamdevjiMaharaj, the renowned YOGA GURU and Sri AcharyaBalkrishnaji, made the concept into writing through formation of the Company “PATANJALI AYURVED LIMITED”.
A holistic approach to improve the quality of life of all beings, world over, is the purpose behind our being. Getting rid the food we consume of the pollutants in the form of poisonous pesticides and chemical fertilizers that our farmers use, is a goal that we strive to achieve by providing our people the eatables that are cultivated in organic and natural manures and pest repellents. The bringing of Ayurvedic medicines along with Pranayam, Asnaas, pure food and natural drinks is a package perhaps the world was waiting for long, for the two saints in the form of SWAMI RAMDEVJI and ACHARYA BALKRISHNAJI,

Flour Mill unit at PatanjaliAyurved Limited consist followings units:

  • 200 TPD Multi Grain Atta (DigitallyOperated Wonder Mills Plant)
  • 50 TPD Wheat Daliyaand Multi Grain Daliya Plant (Digitally Operated Plant)
  • 30 TPD Pulse and Besan Plant
  • 20 TPD Spice Plant.

Mega Food Park
The Mega Food Park (MFP) has been envisaged to help in creation of enabling infrastructure for food processing and a comprehensive ‘farm-to-plate’ supply chain system. These Parks would provide state of the art infrastructure for food processing in the country on a pre identified cluster basis. This is aimed at reducing wastages and ensuring value addition, especially in perishables like fruits and vegetables. Besides making processing more economically viable and help creating large employment opportunities particularly in the rural areas, this is further aimed at reviving the agricultural sector by increasing the returns for farmers.

Multi Grain Atta (Digitally Operated Wonder Mills Plant) Capacity of the plant is 200 TPD. This ia the world first digitally operated Chakki Atta Plant fitted with 20 Wonder mills with digital controller.
Cleaning of all 9 Grains are integrated and blending system of all grains is digitally controlled.

Wheat Dalia and Multi Grain Dalia Plant (Digitally Operated Plant) Capacity of the plant is 50 TPD. Wheat Dalia made by Wonder mill section and rest multi grain are cleaned and blended by a separate system incorporated in the digital controller.

Pulse and Besan Plant – Flour mill unit also consist the Chick Pea Pulse plant, raw chick peas cleaning and processing done here to make good quality pulse and there is also a besangrinding plant with Wonder Mills, Pin Mills and Pulverizers for manufacturing all type Gram Flour(Besan).

Spice Plant – The Spice Section of PatanjaliAyurved Ltd, Haridwar came into continuation with the generation of its purchase order on 9th March 2010. It was the fastest completed plant came into running condition the plant was first tested on 31st March 2010 and it was the successful commissioned in just 13 days. More than 30 spices are being processed as solo or pre-mix recipe. There is also digitally operated weighing and mixing solution provided by us to make more 30 type of Pre- Mixed Masala.
